Can I reclaim VAT on my order?

Yes, if you are a VAT-registered business in the UK, you can reclaim the VAT paid upon import via your VAT return. Please keep the import declaration documents (such as the C88 form from HMRC) provided by your courier or freight forwarder. Please note that our company is based outside the UK and we do not charge VAT directly. Import VAT is paid to HMRC, and you can reclaim it using your VAT registration number.
